A few days ago, I had a nice visit with Scott Witherow, owner of Olive & Sinclair Chocolate Company, a brand new artisan chocolate maker in East Nashville.  We ordered two cases of 67% Dark on the spot, which should arrive in about two weeks.  I have a few bars for tasting so stop by if you’re in Green Hills.  Here’s some interesting info from the back of one of their bars:
